My passion lies in helping adults, adolescents, and parents navigate life's complexities with greater awareness and calm. I offer mindfulness-based psychotherapy, weaving together neuroscience with a variety of compassionate, psychological approaches to create a personalized path toward mental health and wellness. Together, we can help you cultivate more resilience and discover lasting wellbeing.
Healing happens when we learn to approach our thoughts and emotions with curiosity rather than judgment. My work combines evidence-based therapies with mindfulness practices to help you process difficult experiences, regulate your nervous system, and develop lasting resilience.
Whether you prefer to meet in person in Folsom or online anywhere in California, I offer both options. New clients can start with a free 20-minute consultation to explore working together.
